Assistant Superintendent-Orlando-Construction

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect work progress and ensure it aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain workflow continuity.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
