Job Description

  • Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting work and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  • Support the Superintendent in scheduling, planning, and managing project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to all local building codes and company standards.
