Assistant Superintendent-Orlando-Construction

• Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates on project status.
• Support quality control efforts to meet project specifications and client expectations.
