With a strong reputation for excellence, safety, and long-term client relationships, the company provides employees with the opportunity to work on impactful projects while building rewarding careers in construction management.Job DescriptionSite Supervision: Assist the Project Superintendent with daily on-site construction operations and field execution.Schedule Management: Monitor daily construction progress and assist with short-interval planning and look-ahead schedules.Documentation: Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, field photos, and progress records.Safety Compliance: Assist in enforcing project safety standards and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections.Quality Control: Support quality control efforts, inspections, punch list management, and project closeout activities.Team Leadership: Communicate field conditions, potential issues, schedule impacts, and progress updates to the Project Superintendent and Project Manager.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
