A well-established general contractor with more than 20 years of experience delivering multifamily, commercial, education, and light industrial projects. The company has earned a strong reputation for quality construction, long-term client relationships, and leveraging technology to improve project delivery.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing on-site construction activities and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain construction standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily reports on project updates and activities.
  • Support the Superintendent in ensuring project deadlines are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or similar field role
  • Ground-up multifamily experience preferred; commercial experience considered
  • Strong proficiency with Procore and construction management technology
  • Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to project success
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
