Job Description

  • Assist with day-to-day site operations on ground-up multifamily developments
  • Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors across project phases
  • Support project scheduling, sequencing, and milestone delivery
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards on-site
  • Track progress and communicate updates to project leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • Experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Background working on developments with 100+ residential units
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
  • Demonstrated financial awareness and project cost management skills
  • Stable career history with strong tenure in construction roles
