The Assistant Superintendent-Tampa-Construction will play a key role in overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Superintendent and project teams, this role will focus on managing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure efficient project workflow.
  • Monitor construction progress and report on status to project leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Manage construction documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Support in resolving any challenges or delays that may impact the project schedule or budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
