They value a strong company culture, client facing professionals, and high-quality construction.Job DescriptionAssist the Superintendent with daily on-site construction activities.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.Monitor project schedules and help maintain critical milestones.Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.Support safety initiatives and enforce company safety standards.Track project progress and communicate updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager.Assist with inspections and coordinate with local building officials.Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.Help identify and resolve construction issues before they impact schedule or quality.Participate in punch list completion and project closeout activities.Ensure homes are delivered with exceptional quality and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
