Assistant Superintendent

In this Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent role you will:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on-site.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Maintain daily logs and reports to track project progress and address any delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of construction.
