Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent role you will:

  • Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support the supervision of subcontractors and laborers to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers to track progress and address any potential challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Monitor and document daily construction activities and progress reports.
  • Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on the status of construction activities.
