Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent role you will:

  • Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Support the Superintendent in preparing and maintaining project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies during project execution.
