Assistant Superintendent

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with plans and budgets.
• Support quality control efforts to maintain the highest construction standards.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to resolve any onsite challenges or delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and project updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment for all site personnel.
