Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction site operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Review plans and specifications to ensure project requirements are understood and followed.
  • Track project progress and report updates to the Superintendent and project team.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
  • Support quality control processes to meet project standards.
