MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent candidate will have:2+ years of construction field experienceExperience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, Lead Carpenter, or similar roleStrong understanding of construction methods and sequencingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsKnowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practicesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to coordinate multiple subcontractors and tradesA proactive attitude and desire to advance into a Superintendent rolePreferred QualificationsMulti-family construction experienceMixed-use or residential development experienceExperience working on ground-up construction projectsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationConstruction Management degree or related educationProficiency with construction technology and project management softwareWhat's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000.Permanent position in the property industry.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Interested?
