MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent in Rochester, NYshould have:2+ years of construction field experienceExperience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Project Engineer, or similar roleStrong understanding of construction methods and sequencingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent organizational and communication skillsKnowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practicesStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailA desire to grow into a Superintendent positionPreferred QualificationsMulti-family construction experienceCommercial construction experienceBackground in masonry, carpentry, or another skilled tradeExperience coordinating multiple subcontractors and tradesOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationConstruction Management education or equivalent field experienceCandidates who have gained hands-on field experience and are looking to transition into greater leadership responsibilities will be particularly successful in this role.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.Permanent position offering stability and growth.Comprehensive benefits package included.Interested?
