Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections of ongoing work.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Identify and resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays.
  • Support in maintaining project schedules and budgets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar experience
  • Experience across a mixture of commercial project types preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and sequencing
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors and project teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to develop into a larger field leadership role
