MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantFor the Associate Project Director - Greenfield we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of professional experience managing complex industrial capital projects.Proven success delivering large-scale construction projects valued at $100M+.Experience leading greenfield manufacturing facility developments; exposure to projects exceeding $300M is highly desirable.Background within food manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, advanced manufacturing, or similar process-driven industries.Strong knowledge of engineering design-build delivery models, contractor management, and construction execution.Experience managing multiple stakeholders within a highly matrixed global organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, capital budgeting, risk management, and construction governance.Willingness to travel periodically within the United States and internationally to support business and project objectives.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageInterested?
