MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Associate Tax Counsel should have:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed attorney in good standing.Approximately 3-7 years of relevant tax law experience gained at a leading law firm, asset manager, private equity firm, hedge fund, or financial institution.Strong knowledge of partnership taxation, investment funds, and alternative asset management structures.Experience advising on complex transactional and fund-related tax matters.Familiarity with international tax considerations and cross-border investment structures is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000, dependent on experience, with discretionary bonusComprehensive benefits package (DOE).Permanent position based in New York.Interested?
