Backed by a multi-billion-dollar development pipeline, they offer long-term stability, strong internal growth opportunities, and exposure to high-profile residential projects.Job DescriptionTake ownership of a designated project scope and drive it from start to finish.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field activities to maintain production goals.Partner with Senior Superintendents to ensure quality, schedule, and safety objectives are achieved.Oversee key portions of construction including structure, framing, MEP, drywall, and finishes.Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is executed accurately.Manage site logistics, deliveries, manpower, and trade sequencing.Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget.Conduct site walks and enforce all project safety standards.Track progress and maintain accurate field reporting and documentation.Help deliver a best-in-class multifamily community from groundbreaking through turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
