Job Description

  • Support site leadership on multifamily construction projects
  • Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily site operations
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management team on timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure quality, safety, and project standards are met on site
  • Contribute to successful delivery of large-scale multifamily builds

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent should have:

  • 3+ years of construction experience (Assistant or Superintendent level)
  • Multifamily project experience (garden-style, wrap, or podium)
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Professional, presentable, with strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam
