The organization values innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development, providing opportunities to work on meaningful projects that drive operational efficiency and long-term growth.Job DescriptionSupport, maintain, and improve plant process control systems and associated automation equipment.Troubleshoot process control, instrumentation, and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.Develop, review, and update technical documentation including P&IDs, I/O drawings, and operating procedures.Manage and execute controls-related capital projects from concept through implementation.Support upgrades and maintenance of manufacturing control networks, computer systems, and automation infrastructure.Coordinate engineering change initiatives while ensuring compliance with company engineering and safety standards.Partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance.Provide support for distributed control systems, quality control systems, and related manufacturing technologies.Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and technical teams on continuous improvement initiatives.Assist with commissioning, system modifications, testing, and implementation of new equipment and controls.Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through proactive identification and mitigation of operational risks.Provide after-hours technical support for critical controls and automation issues when required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
