The company is committed to operational excellence, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations.Job DescriptionSupport and promote a strong safety culture across the facility.Troubleshoot process, automation, and equipment-related issues impacting production.Read, maintain, and update P&IDs, I/O drawings, and control system documentation.Manage and maintain process control systems, automation equipment, and industrial networks.Support upgrades and maintenance of process control computers and IT/OT infrastructure.Lead control system modifications and improvements for new and existing equipment.Manage capital projects involving DCS, QCS, PLC, HMI, and automation systems.Work closely with maintenance teams to resolve controls-related downtime issues.Implement engineering standards, controls policies, and change management processes.Support quality control systems and interact with stakeholders across the mill.Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, R&D, and Engineering teams to improve performance and reliability.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
