The company has a strong reputation for innovation, operational excellence, and empowering employees to drive meaningful business results through an entrepreneurial culture.Job DescriptionThe Automation Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Support the installation, integration, commissioning, and startup of new automation and process equipment.Troubleshoot electrical, controls, instrumentation, and automation issues affecting production performance.Lead and support safety initiatives focused on risk reduction and process improvement.Provide field support during startups, process upsets, and abnormal operating conditions.Modify and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems to support equipment upgrades and manufacturing improvements.Coordinate activities with contractors, equipment vendors, and internal stakeholders during capital projects.Participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA/HAZOP) and implement automation and control safeguards.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.Develop and maintain electrical drawings, schematics, loop diagrams, and related documentation.Lead small to medium-sized capital, reliability, and automation projects.Apply today for immediate consideration!
