This individual will manage complex implementation projects involving prime brokerage, clearing, custody, financing, and related products, ensuring a seamless client experience from inception through go-live.

Job Description

Client Onboarding & Project Delivery

  • Manage onboarding and implementation projects for institutional clients from initiation through successful launch.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Coordinate account opening, documentation, risk approvals, operational setup, and readiness activities.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within established deadlines and governance standards.



Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Client Coverage teams.
  • Facilitate discussions across multiple workstreams and drive project execution through to completion.
  • Identify implementation risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters where appropriate.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.



Client Engagement

  • Act as a primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Provide regular status updates and project reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support issue resolution efforts.
  • Deliver a professional and consistent onboarding experience.



Governance & Controls

  • Ensure onboarding activities comply with internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain complete project documentation and audit-ready records.
  • Support reporting related to onboarding metrics, implementation progress, and operational controls.
  • Contribute to governance reviews and process oversight initiatives.



Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows and improve client experience.
  • Support implementation of process enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational best practices.
  • Assist with the development of procedures, training materials, and operating guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience within institutional onboarding, client implementation, project management, securities services, capital markets, or related financial services environments.
  • Strong understanding of institutional client onboarding and account lifecycle processes.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting hedge funds, asset managers, broker-dealers, or other institutional investors.
  • Knowledge of clearing, custody, financing, capital markets, or derivatives products.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, client due diligence, and onboarding documentation requirements.
  • Prior experience within a global bank, broker-dealer, clearing firm, or financial market infrastructure provider.

What's on Offer

  • Base salary $115,000 - $150,000.
