Job Description

  • Identify and assess operational risks across the organization.
  • RCSA, KRI, KPI, Control Testing
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and prepare detailed reports for leadership review.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk controls and recommend improvements.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on operational risk management practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact risk management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Analyst ORM should have:

  • Strong knowledge of operational risk management principles and frameworks.
  • Former Big 4 Auditor
  • Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
