Job Description

  • Support the development and implementation of operational risk management frameworks and processes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on risk exposure and potential impacts to the organization.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk reduction strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining risk-related documentation and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP/VP ORM should have:

  • Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices.
  • RCSA, KRI, KPI, and Control Testing
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within Risk & Compliance.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
