• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew on-site.
• Ensure all work is completed to meet safety standards and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings for accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure skill development and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations.
