Our client is a respected commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Southeast. With a healthy backlog of work and continued growth in the Augusta market, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects from groundbreaking through completion.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies on-site.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch-list completion.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Maintain project documentation, site reports, and daily logs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Broad project experience across sectors such as office, healthcare, education, retail, municipal, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction means and methods, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
  • Need to be local to Augusta, GA
