The organization is investing heavily in modernizing its risk management and reporting infrastructure to support future growth, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionLead requirements gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and data analysis.Own and maintain business requirements documentation, process flows, data mappings, and traceability matrices.Define business rules, controls, reporting requirements, and data governance standards.Partner with Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to support a large-scale risk platform migration.Analyze market risk methodologies including VaR, stress testing, sensitivities, and risk factor reporting.Define future-state reporting requirements and data lineage across reporting platforms and downstream consumers.Support testing strategy, UAT execution, reconciliations, issue resolution, and business sign-off.Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate decision-making across multiple business functions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
