Job Description

Client Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans throughout the Carolinas
  • Build relationships with:
    • Regional Property Managers
    • Asset Managers
    • Ownership Groups
    • Multifamily Operators
    • Real Estate Investment Firms
  • Identify opportunities to expand services across existing client portfolios
  • Increase penetration within current accounts
  • Pursue and secure new regional business opportunities
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned key accounts
  • Coordinate account strategies across multiple geographic markets



Regional Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth across assigned territory
  • Achieve annual revenue and profitability goals
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Create strategic pursuit plans for target clients
  • Assist with pricing strategy and proposal positioning
  • Support company expansion initiatives across multiple markets



Territory Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal territory managers and operations leaders
  • Ensure consistent communication to clients across all regions
  • Maintain alignment in pricing, scope development, and project execution
  • Support dispute resolution and client escalation management
  • Coordinate account activity between offices and regions



Project & Account Oversight

  • Support planning and execution of regional project opportunities
  • Participate in client portfolio planning meetings
  • Assist with contract strategy and client negotiations
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met across markets
  • Maintain visibility into operational execution and project success



Strategic Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market conditions and industry trends
  • Track competitor activity
  • Identify emerging opportunities and target accounts
  • Provide recommendations to executive leadership regarding expansion strategies
  • Evaluate opportunities in existing and emerging geographic markets



Leadership & Development

  • Mentor new team members and account representatives
  • Assist in building the future business development team
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives
  • Promote company culture and values
  • Support organizational growth initiatives
