Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Prepare reports and updates on procurement activities for management review.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving procurement-related issues with suppliers or internal teams.
