Carolinas Operations Manager - Commercial GC

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and relationship-building just as much as project execution. This individual will initially manage projects while helping develop the company's local footprint and subcontractor network. As the office grows, this person would be positioned to become a key leader within the organization.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain relationships with local subcontractors and vendors
• Support business development efforts alongside company leadership
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new opportunities throughout Charlotte
• Serve as the local representative of the company within the market
• Coordinate estimating, procurement, and project execution efforts
• Build relationships with owners, developers, brokers, architects, and consultants
• Support recruiting and future team growth efforts as the office expands
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives
• Help establish operational processes and local market presence
