CHARLESTON - Preconstruction Manager

• Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts
• Manage CMAR and negotiated work
• Engage directly with clients
• Support project pursuits and proposals
• Collaborate with internal estimating team
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the preconstruction team.
