CHARLESTON - Superintendent (Ground Up)

• Oversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage on-site activities, including scheduling, safety compliance, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
