Job Description

    • Support project teams with day-to-day administrative and project coordination activities.
    • Assist with the preparation, organization, and tracking of construction documentation.
    • Coordinate project communications, schedules, and reporting to help keep projects on track.
    • Learn and support financial, contractual, and operational project management processes.
    • Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
    • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor project information and identify discrepancies with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Contribute to multifamily, senior living, industrial, commercial renovation, and ground-up construction projects throughout the region.
