Known for innovation, customer partnership, and technical expertise, the organization develops advanced solutions that help customers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance across a variety of industries.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead Application Engineering and Technical Service teams, ensuring consistent delivery of customer-focused technical solutions.Direct structured root cause investigations and laboratory testing activities to provide defensible technical recommendations.Recruit, mentor, develop, and performance manage engineers while promoting rigorous scientific methods and laboratory best practices.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Product Management, and R&D to communicate findings and solution recommendations.Support business development efforts through customer engagement, application design assistance, product evaluations, and validation testing.Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal stakeholders, channel partners, and customers.Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and market developments to strengthen technical solution strategies.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and quality requirements while fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer service.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
