They are committed to safety, continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering high-quality products while investing in employee development and operational excellence.Job DescriptionSupport day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective production processes.Troubleshoot plant process issues and collaborate directly with operators and technicians to resolve operational challenges.Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and yield enhancement.Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) techniques and data-driven analysis.Coordinate management of change activities and ensure proper communication and implementation.Support new product and process commercialization from development through full-scale production.Investigate downtime events and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and R&D teams to identify and implement best practices.Ensure safety, health, and environmental considerations are incorporated into process development and operational activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
