Our client is an industry leading machinery manufacturer, serving customers globally providing them with various solutions that supports the back end of their own printing and labelling processes on finished goods. As a leading producer of chemical based products, they are seeking a tenured plant manager to lead all operations in a safe and compliant manner to support future growth!

Job Description

  • Oversee all plant specific operations on the floor - leading KPIs for safety, efficiency, quality and cost.
  • Manage various chemical risks and support safety initiatives in that regard
  • Provide senior leadership to deliver site specific objectives from corporate leadership
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, EPA and GMP requirements
  • Manage plant budgets and capital projects
  • Ensure top-level customer experiences from an internal operational perspective, - top quality, on-time shipping, etc
  • Lead business planning for the site for immediate, 2 year, and 5 year plans

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a leadership capacity within a Chemical manufacturing environment
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
  • Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, EPA, GMP, and other regulations strongly preferred
  • Ability to lead KPIs for safety, quality, operations, efficiency, cost, delivery, etc
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to implement and execute corporate strategy projects
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
