Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsLeadership opportunity with a rapidly growing contractor in the Northeast!Financially and Career Growth!About Our ClientMy client is A full-service highway and roadway marking company with operations across the North East and Mid-Atlantic.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of estimators.Establish best practices, processes, and standards for estimating and preconstruction activities.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Support integration and alignment of estimating functions across acquired businesses as needed.Estimating & PreconstructionOversee preparation, review, and approval of project estimates and competitive bids.Analyze project specifications, drawings, scope requirements, and risk factors.Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability, competitiveness, and client needs.Review and evaluate bids ranging from $100K to $1M+.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the estimating process.Business Development & Client RelationsPartner with company leadership on growth initiatives and business development strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, agencies, and key stakeholders.Participate in proposal presentations, client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.Identify new markets, opportunities, and strategic partnerships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
