If you are looking for a terrific GC that is still growing, with amazing culture and an excellent work-life balance, this Construction Estimator opportunity could be for you.Job DescriptionThe Chief Estimator will:Lead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects.Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates.Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.Review and evaluate subcontractor bids for completeness and compliance with project requirements.Monitor and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and team members.Ensure all estimates are completed within deadlines and align with company objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
