They have great healthcare and retirement planning benefits, in addition to competitive monetary compensation and yearly bonus opportunities given the overall success of each office.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Regional Manager, the main duties and responsibilities of the Chief Estimator / VP will be:Estimate from both concept designs and complete designsCompletion of all aspects of project bidding including plan and specification takeoff, pricing, and client communication / follow-upAssist with the development, updating and implementation of an estimating database with assembliesAssist or lead the process of implementation of estimating program software systemMaintain a cost history data baseReview rewarded bids with Construction team to ensure budget accuracy and resource allocationInteract with owner-clients and General Contractors to build and maintain relationshipsAs team grows, lead the development efforts for less experienced Estimating staffMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
