With a reputation for safety, quality workmanship, and project execution, they continue to expand their operations and are seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead field crews and drive project success.Job DescriptionHiring Need / Day to DayDue to continued growth and an expanding project backlog, we are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to oversee field operations on civil construction projects throughout Northern New Jersey.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise crews performing sitework, excavation, grading, utility installation, concrete work, roadway construction, and related civil activities.Coordinate daily field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Assign work activities and monitor crew productivity and workmanship.Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite inspections.Track materials, equipment usage, and labor hours.Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
