Known for high profile high-dollar figure projects and has 40+ years servicing the NYC Metro area.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate potential acquisition and development sites for feasibility and development constraintsReview zoning, land use regulations, environmental considerations, utility availability, and site access requirementsAssist with conceptual site planning and site layout evaluationsSupport due diligence efforts during land acquisition and project planningCoordinate and manage outside civil engineering, surveying, traffic, environmental, and land-use consultantsWork closely with municipal staff, planning boards, zoning boards, and regulatory agencies during entitlement and approval processesMonitor project schedules and approval milestonesReview consultant drawings, reports, and technical submissionsIdentify development risks, infrastructure challenges, and opportunities for cost optimizationSupport permit applications, entitlement packages, and agency submissionsCollaborate with development, construction, legal, and finance teams throughout project planningMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
