Known for its commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, the company offers a collaborative culture, long-term career growth opportunities, and a stable project pipeline consisting of both public and private sector work.Job DescriptionReview project plans, specifications, bid documents, and contract requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead expenses.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Perform quantity takeoffs and constructability reviews.Analyze project risks and identify value engineering opportunities.Collaborate with project managers, field operations, and senior leadership during the bid process.Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings as required.Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.Prepare bid proposals and support contract negotiations.Ensure estimates are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.Monitor market trends, material pricing, and labor costs to improve estimating accuracy.Assist with project handoff meetings upon successful contract awards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
