With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction, the company offers employees the opportunity to work on impactful projects while developing their careers within a collaborative and team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents.Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, owners, and field personnel.Track project schedules, budgets, and production progress.Support procurement efforts by obtaining quotes and ordering materials.Maintain accurate project records and reports.Assist with quantity tracking, job cost analysis, and forecasting.Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.Support quality control and safety initiatives across project sites.Assist with project closeout documentation and final deliverables.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
