With expertise spanning roadways, utilities, earthworks, drainage systems, public works, and commercial site development, the company is known for its commitment to safety, operational excellence, and fostering long-term relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.The organization continues to experience steady growth and offers employees the opportunity to work on impactful projects that support local communities while advancing their professional careers.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of civil construction projects.Coordinate daily project activities between field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.Manage RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and document control processes.Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and quantity take-offs.Monitor project progress and prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.Conduct site visits to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.Coordinate procurement activities and ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.Assist with permit applications, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirements.Collaborate with municipal agencies, consulting engineers, utility providers, and other stakeholders.Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain productivity and project success.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety standards and industry regulations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
