Civil Superintendent

• Oversee daily on-site operations for construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless communication and progress updates.
