Civil Superintendent

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain daily logs, progress reports, and other documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist in resolving any technical or operational challenges on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
