CMP Engineering Manager | Slurries

• Ensure all engineering activities and project work are conducted in accordance with site safety, environmental, health, and operational standards.
• Support the investigation and resolution of safety-related incidents, near misses, and operational concerns.
• Monitor team performance, project progress, and deliverables while providing guidance and resources to maintain schedules and objectives.
• Partner with Manufacturing leadership to investigate equipment failures, process issues, and operational inefficiencies, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Work closely with Quality and Product Management teams to address customer concerns, product quality issues, and corrective action plans within required timelines.
• Balance workload and resource assignments while creating opportunities for cross-training and skill development across the team.
• Provide input to leadership regarding staffing, resource requirements, budgeting, and future organizational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop engineering personnel through coaching, performance management, and career development planning.
