The team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about precision engineering and delivering high-quality results.Job DescriptionDevelop, program, and optimize CNC machining processes for complex componentsCreate and validate complete manufacturing plans, including tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutionsLead process improvements focused on cycle time reduction, efficiency, and cost optimizationTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues to ensure production reliabilityInterpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to ensure precise manufacturing outputSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation and launch readinessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and production outcomesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across machining operationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
